Our boy is becoming quite the architect!
In other news, Cole paid a visit to the allergist today. He went for his Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccine. It contains traces of egg, to which is allergic, so his pediatrician thought it best to get the shot under his allergist's supervision.
While we were at it, he was re-tested for some of his food allergies.
On the food allergy front, Cole is still allergic to milk, but it looks like he's starting to outgrow his egg allergy. He tested positive to egg white, but negative to egg yolk. He can't have the yolk just yet due to cross contamination issues, but this is a great sign. He also tested negative to corn and soy. Pending some blood work, we will do a food challenge at the allergist's office before he gets the all-clear.
He was just fine with the vaccine. We were at the office for a good chunk of time, but he was a great sport. A few screams and tears when he got jabbed with the needle, but all was well again with a few books, some crayons, and a toy car.
Great job, brave boy!!
